ADS1294R: need exact pin description and pin details

dear sir/madam

we need to use for ADS12294R part number. we tried to download the ADS1294R date sheet but not available in our website. it show all part number like ADS1294 to ADS1298. all part number have 64 pin. how to know the NC pin in the pin description. could you share the evaluation board for ADS1294R part.

if ADS1294R have 64 pin means then which pins are NC.

is ADS1294R and ADS1298R package/case is same?

Hi Mankandan,

Yes, this device shares a datasheet with the other devices in the family since they are essentially the same except for channel count. Please see page 5-11 of the datasheet for clarification.

The ADS1298R behaves the same as the ADS1294R, it just has a few extra channels that you can disable in the GUI.
