    Thanks for your support. We want more test results to see if the  temprature drift of the DAC80508 internal reference 5ppm/℃ max。

    Hello,

    As described in the Electrical Characteristics Table, the internal reference drift is guaranteed to be within 5ppm/C maximum for the DAC80508. As this is a maximum specification, it is as ensured as possible from a TI datasheet.

    Figure 58 on page 19 gives a bit more insight into the reference drift figures collected across a large number of units. I hope that this can give you the additional insight you are interested in.
