Should I bakeout this part prior to assembly? If so, to what temperature / duration?

Hi David,

If it’s the ADC12D1600RF then the MSL level is Level-3-250C-168 HR. TI ship parts pre-baked an in dry-bags with desiccants and a moisture level indicator. If the indicator shows a failure for a certain MSL level then it should be baked out again at +125C for a min of 8 hrs.
