ADS1675REF: asking for XEM3010 schematic

Hi ti support,

I recently acquired ADS1675REF board and I am experimenting with that. I would like to have schematic of the XEM3010 (Opal Kelly) FPGA board used for the ADC evaluation. I was doing inquiries at Opal Kelly and they say I should get it form TI. It will be very appreciated if you could provide me with that.

The schematics for the ADS1675REF main board are included in the user's guide.

We do not have any schematics that we can provide for the XEM3010 module. However, Opal Kelly has quite a bit of information available on their web site.

The user's guide covers the SDRAM, Clock, power, etc. connections.

The BRK3010 breakout board includes schematics that provide details for all of the IO pins.
