Welcome to the E2E forum! The reflow information is on the device product page under the Quality and packaging tab. In the table for Quality and environmental data there is a column for MSL Rating / Peak Reflow.

For the MSC1213 the rating is classified as Level-4-260C-72 HR. The ratings are fully explained in the following document:

You haven't stated what kind of failures you are seeing, but what is seen most often is open packaging where the humidity exceeds the nominal for the reflow process. If this is the case, you may need a pre-bake of the devices to remove any moisture from the devices prior to reflow.
