Dear expert,

May I learn from you the offset error in single-end FSR=4.096?

I only find offset error as +/-0.25 LSB in FSR=+/-2.048 in datasheet *Electrical Characteristics*.

    The offset error for FSR = ±4.096V will be about the same as for FSR = ±2.048V. You can look at the Typical Characteristics curves from the datasheet to look at the behavior of offset. Looking at Figure 4, you can see the offset for a variety of FSR:

    For FSR=±2.048V and ±4.096V, the offset will be about double in voltage, but about the same for LSB.
