Hi,

I have connected AVDD=5V and DVDD=5V. I wanted to know INL in terms of LSB value. Conversion of INL from ppm to in terms of LSB.

VREF = AVDD.

FSR = (2 * VREF)/Gain. = (2*5)/1 = 10

Calculation of INL interms of LSB value.

Hi Shreyas,

ppmFS is "parts per million" with respect to full-scale range (FSR). The ADC output code is 24-bits wide, so there are a total of 2^24 = 16,777,216 codes that span the ADC's FSR.

Therefore, each LSB is 1,000,000 / 16,777,216 = 0.0596 ppmFSR.
