I would like to know its possible to use the ads1298 tqfp 64 chip directly with raspberry pi 3 without use ads1298 motherboard

Hi Cresa,

It is possible to interface the ADS1298 with an external MCU - however I cannot comment on the choice of the raspeberry pi 3 since it is not a TI device.
