ADS7142-Q1: IAVDD SPEC

Part Number: ADS7142-Q1

Hi team,

I would like to confirm the specification on datasheet.

There are the following IAVDD specifications in 6.7(Autonomous Modes) & 6.8(High Precision Mode) tables.

Q1: Though the parameter been specified as 940uA_typ in 6.7(Autonomous Modes) has the test conditions of “low-power oscillator, nCLK=21”,

Is this condition correct?   Is the correct condition “High-speed oscillator, NCLK=21?

Q2: Compared to the case of low-power oscillator(<1uA), the IAVDD current using high speed oscillator is about >1000 times larger.

What is the main reason for this large current difference?

Regards,
