In order to make some adjustment, I need to generate a periodic(40Hz) signal with very low amplitude( 0.6mV ~ 10mV)
Is it possible to use DAC chip ? or any recommend will be very appreciate!!

Thank you for your query. A 40Hz signal can be generated using almost any precision DAC. However, your amplitude requirement is close to the zero scale. Hence, could you provide some more details so that we can suggest the best part for the specs:
1. Resolution
2. Can you use bipolar output?
3. What is the application and what load the DAC might be driving?
4. Do you have any THD requirements?

I would like to generate the signal as the figure below, peak-peak amplitude is about 1.9-1.8994 = 0.6mV and 40Hz frequency. The requirement is to simulate the voltage signal during impedance measurement by BMS(battery monitoring system). My goal is to do the impedance adjustment.
1. Resolution
Can generate the delta-V from 0.6mv - 10mv, i think 16 bits 2.5V DAC maybe OK.
2. Can you use bipolar output?
No, in order to meet the existing circuit design, there is no negative Vcc.
3. What is the application and what load the DAC might be driving?
There is a differential amplifier circuit for voltage sampling at the DAC output, so i think there is no driving issue.
4. Do you have any THD requirements?

Apologies for the delay in response. You can look at DAC8830. If you choose zero-drift precision amplifiers, you should be able to get accuracy near the zero scale.
