ADS8422: BUSY signal is not getting high

Hi,

I have a design that ads8422 is interfaced with spartan6 fpga. When i pull the nCONVST to low, the BUSY signal is not getting high, eventhough i observed in falling edge of nCONVST. For further clarification i have attached my schematic. and also BUSY signal is getting high only when nRESET/nPD1 is enabled otherwise it was low .

    Hello Vignesh,

    Welcome to the TI E2E Community!

    In order to start a conversion, and BUSY signal to toggle high, the /CS input must be set low on or before /CONVST is taken low.  I suspect that /CS is high when you are setting /CONVST pin low.

    Can you capture the following waveform's to confirm?  /CONVST, BUSY, /CS, /RD
