CCS/AFE4400: AFE4400 for heart rate application and pins connection ?

Hello,

We are working on a project and we would like to use the AFE4400 in order to get by spi the heart rate (ppg) signal. However we have a doubt about the afe4400. Could we use it for heart rate application ? In other words instead of connecting a red and IR led, can we connect a green led for example for heart rate application ? We have tried to do some connection on altium but we are not sure at all (scheme below) if it's correct, especially for TXP and TXN pins. We are by the way using the SH7050 chip for photodiode and leds.

Is the scheme above correct ? We would like to be sure before sending pcb files for printing.

Can I get some help ? Are the connection between the AFE4400 and the led correct (TXP ?) ?

And could the AFE4400 be used for heart rate application or it's only fore spO2 application since in the datasheet it talks about red and IR led only ?

Also, in the scheme application in the datasheet, there is the BAV99W-7-F chip which contains two diodes and I don't understand the utility of this chip in the scheme below :
