We do not provide access to the drivers or HDL for the controller board paired with the ADS8588 so it will not be possible to modify them to allow real-time USB streaming through another control software program. You can export the collected data from the EVM to a file and process it externally or you could try continuously capturing data with the EVM and then processing the data through a logic analyzer or other method.
How can i continuously capturing data with the EVM and then processing the data through a logic analyzer or other method , can suggest to me other methods and how to do it ?

You can use your own controller (MCU, FPGA or a controller in a equipment) to directly communicate and control the ADS8588S ADC on the EVM board instead of the PHI controller board included in ADS8588SEVM-PDK, this method can allow you to continuously capture data from the ADC on the EVM board. I hope this is helpful to you.

Can you suggest to me MCU OR FPGA OR A BOARD THAT CAN BE REPLACE THE PHI CONTROLLER ? most of the micro controller doesn't have header same as the header on ADS (J9).
ADS8588SEVM has test points on CONVST_A/B,SCLK,/CS,BUSY,DOUTA and DOUTB signals, any microcontroller with a standard SPI interface can be used, for example, TI's Delfino MCU, TMS320F28335, you can use blue wires to connect them between ADS8588SEVM and TMS320F28335 Experimenter Kit.

Interfacing the ADS through the test point will not be a pretty solution , it require soldering and it might effect the signal , so is it possible to do the interfacing through J9 header and if its possible which board will have the same header to connect ?
I do not know which microcontroller board has a connector to use J9 header. The part number of connector matching J9 connector on EVM board is QSH-030-01-L-D-A, you can make a controller board by yourself and this is the best way to connect the EVM board instead of PHI controller card.
