ADS42LB69: ADS42LB69 one channel not working

Hi,

I am using ADS42LB69 in my design..Out of the two channels,channelB is working but channel A is not working...After feeding  sine wave as input, only LSBs are toggling...

I probed adc input pins...It is receiving the input properly...All power supplies are also reaching the adc properly.

    Divya,

    Are only the LSB's toggling on CHA? Not sure by your comments. After applying power and clocks, are you issuing a reset to pin 22? Can you place CHA into test pattern mode and see if you get a valid output? What sampling rate is your clock? Can you provide your register settings and the order they are loaded?
