did I use the ADS54J60 operate in 1GSPS per channel?
and the ADS54J60 can not operate in averaging mode,what's the difference between ADS54J60 and ADS54J64

The ADS54J60 is a dual channel and the ADS54J64 is a quad channel device.
The ADS54J64 features a dual channel mode that takes CHA and CH B and interleaves their data and takes an average and outputs the data rate at 1GHz (mode 8).
Since the ADS54J64 is a two ADC interleaved output device per channel as opposed to four ADC's per channel used by the ADS54J60, you don’t see the interleaving spur when using the ADs54J64. But this is limited to 500MHz max output data rate.
