ADS8568: HVDD, AVDD

Hi,

It is described that "when HVDD is supplied before AVDD, the internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) structure conducts, increasing the IHVDD beyond the specified value until AVDD is applied" on the datasheet.

Can ADS8568 be damage when  HVDD is supplied before AVDD?

I would like to know whether HVDD can be supplied before AVDD If increasing IHVDD is allowed.

    Jumping for one of my associates here Kuramuchi-san,

    There is no issue with bringing up HVDD before AVDD on the ADS8568.  Initially you may see a current draw higher than what is listed in the datasheet for HVdd , but it will not cause damage to the device so long as you do not exceed the ABS MAX ratings.
