ADS1282: Thermal Resistances

Hello,

Can we please request for the thermal resistances, J-A and J-C?, of ADS1282IPW?
The information is unfortunately not available in the datasheet.

I don't have any data specific to the ADS1282IPW, but I did locate the following information from one of our package modeling databases which compares low-k and high-k PCBs versus different airflows:

Is the Theta-JC in this table not the same theta-jc for ADS1282IPW

Hi Elisha,

This a package model for a 28-pin TSSOP so I believe the Theta-JC value is a good estimate of what to expect for the ADS1282IPW which comes in a 28-pin TSSOP.
