ADS131A04: SCLK /CS output signal in Synchronous Slave Mode

Hi,

I am using 4 ads131a04 adcs in Synchronous Slave Mode. All devices are configured in Synchronous slave mode as described at the page 73 with following configuration.

M0: Floating, sync slave mode.

M1: Gnd, 24 bit configuration.

M2: Gnd, Hamming code off.

Unfortunately, the curious thing is that the sclk output a clock at 2.048MHz, and /CS output a signal at 640Hz.

I think these signals can be output only when the devices are configured in Synchronous master mode.

when I tie M0 to IOVDD, the same thing happened.

Is the device broken? How can I solve this problem?

the problem has been resolved. I tied all M0s together. M0 of each device should be float separately.

May I ask how this worked out for you, I am doing exaclty the same setup.

SCLK, 2 devices both in Synchronous Slave Mode, fixed frame

I keep getting a synchronization fault and tried different scenarios and asked on the forum here but no help yet that resolved my problem.
