ADC124S101: I need a 14 or 16 bit ADC that is pin compatible with the ADC124S101. Does one exist?

Unfortunately, there is no pin to pin device.

we do have parts that support similar functionality.

I did a quick parametric search and limited to four channels with 14 to16 bit resolution, SAR device, and found these 9 results
