ADS8318: Provide the alloy used for lead finish of this component.

Part Number: ADS8318

as per one of the PCN#20191010001.1, lead finish is getting changed from NiPdAu to Matte Tin.

One of the part being used by us is affected bt this notice.

Part number : ADS8318IBDGST

1) Please let us know wheather,Nickel-layer used under matte tin is an option or can be one in the future

2) Please specify the thickness of matte tin plating information.

Hello Sandesh,

1. There are not any options to change the plating; it will only be matte-tin moving forward.

2. The Matte Tin plating thickness ranges from a minimum of 7 micron to a maximum of 20 micron. (micrometers)

Hi Sandesh,

Please give me 1 or 2 days to follow-up. However, I think the leadframe is solid copper, and not an alloy, but will need to confirm.
