we need to understand how the hearth rate is interpreted in the firmware written for any ARM M0-M4 core. Any procedure to make it functional?

Irrespective of the controller you choose, you need to write an algorithm to process the raw data given from AFE4404. Please let us know if you have any queries specific to AFE4404.
