Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS124S08, ADS114S06, ADS124S06, ADS114S08
Hi,
I am looking to select a suitable AD converter part from ADS114/124 series, and have following questions in that connection:
1) I believe: ADS114S06, ADS114S08 and ADS124S06, ADS124S08 (in either QFP32 or QFN32) are pin-compatible, drop-in replacement capable with each other, is that correct?
2) Is there characterization data, especially temperature measurement accuracy, linearity data? for the RTD design describe in here: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sbaa334/sbaa334.pdf
