ADC32RF44: Inverting lanes and Thermal Resistance

Hi Jim,

I have a few questions for you regarding the ADC32RF44:

Looking at the register map, it says that register 017H inverts the individual lanes. If I invert lane 1, does it invert lane 1 on both DA1 and DB1? Or is there a way to invert each one indivudually?
In the datasheet, the ThetaJC on the ADC32RF44 is a little higher than some of our other ADCs, and some of our simulations are having trouble keeping the device under the recommended 105C. The datasheet says that 125C is the max, but performance/reliability starts to degrade above 105C. Do we have an validation data or guidance on the reliability over temperature?

Hi AH,

1. There are two copies of 017H register for each channel. CH bit can be used to distinguish between two channels. Please refer to page 62 of datasheet (snip below).

2. 105C maximum junction temperature for reliability by design. I'll find out and get back to you if there's any validation data to help us with this.

If assuming 105C junction temperature with same 60 % confidence level and same Ea/0.7eV as above, FIT can de-rate from 1.5 to 40.
