DAC8562: a confused description for DAC8562 output level

Part Number: DAC8562

Hi,

I am planned to use DAC8562.

But the output level confused me quietly.

When I provode  3.3V power  for AVDD PIN ,and also the internal reference will be used.

According to EQUATION 1,  the max output level = Vref * Gain .

                                        when the gain= 2. the max output level = 2.5v * 2 = 5V.

But Chapter 8.3.1.2 tell us that "The output buffer amplifier is capable of generating rail-to-rail voltages on its output, giving a maximum output range of 0 V to AVDD."

That means thant my applicaton can only output max output level = AVDD= 3.3 V.

So, I need your help . Which rule should I obey  when I power AVDD with 3.3V and internal reference is used meanwhile GAIN = 2.

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards
