ADS1299: Will there be a 24 or 32 channel update?

The ADS1299 is an amazing product, and I know I’m not the only one who wants to know if there are plans to make a 24 or 32 channel version in the near future? It would revolutionize cost-effective BCi research and bring the field of high quality EEG recordings to many people who need it but who currently can’t afford what is available.

    Hi Jonathan,

    I appreciate your enthusiasm for our ADS1299 and we do truly enjoy supporting these products since they go into interesting and important projects! 

    However, unfortunately I cannot discuss our roadmap on the public forum. These devices can of course be daisy-chained to accommodate as many channels as necessary!

    Thank you so much for the reply. Daisy chain is an option, but the future of EEG lies in low-profile, cost-effective mobile acquisition, which a large PCB setup does not offer. It would truly revolutionize the future of EEG science and human knowledge if you were to support this, so I hope you will consider doing so. Thank you! :)
