Hi
What is the HIGH and LOW Voltage levels for Control signals A0,A1,WR?
In recommended operating conditions table,Vih=2V min and Vil=0.8V max .Does it condition apply for DB0-DB7 as well as A0,A1,WR?
Regards,
Deebanmadhu
Hi Deebanmadhu,
The A0, A1, and WR have the same VIH and VIL limits as the DB0-7 inputs. These are expressed in the recommended operating conditions (2.0V and 0.8V).
Thanks,
Paul
Hi Paul,
I am still confused. In Figure 1.Write-Cycle Voltage Waveforms -> Address,Data and WR signals levels are 0V and VDD.
VDD is supply voltage which can be 11.4V to 16.5V.
Thanks,
Deebanmadhu
You should think of those as min and max for in the input voltage. The digital input can be as high as VDD, but it will register the edge if it exceeds 2V.
Thanks,
Paul
