Hi Iwata-san,

Figure 11 in the datasheet provides INL change over temperature. Typical change is less than 0.1LSB over the full temperature range. Maximum INL is +/-0.5LSB over -40C to 125C.

I am not sure if we have any additional data, but will check.

Can we consider 0.1LSB/-40C - 125C as the standard deviation for temp dependency of INL?

Hello Iwata-san,

Yes, as a conservative number, I would consider 0.1LSB as a standard deviation. Please note that the minimum/maximum INL over the full operating temperature range of -40C to 125C is +/-0.5LSB.
