I am looking for a ADC. But can not find a suitable one. Would you please help? Detail case as below:

- Signal to measure, micro current.

- Range: 1.13uA to 1.43uA

- Resolution: 72nA

- SPI interface

- With Digital Comparator inside

- With Alert or Interrupt output, to notify Master to read value

So, I firstly find ADS1114 is a option. But the system does not have available I2C. So changing to SPI make the selection a little trouble, also given the consideration of using of PGA, external amp and TIA or passive. Would you please help?

Hello,

The ADS7028 or ADS7038 and family of devices are SPI devices that have window comparators and have GPIO pins that can function as pin alerts in conjunction with the window thresholds.

There is also the ADS795x family of devices. this also has thresholds, and also has alarm registers.
