When customer use ADC104S021Q, "Gain error" is a parameter that customer want to know. Could you provide the "gain error" for ADC104S021Q?

By the way, how to calculate the error for ADC? Do you have any document for this calculation based on the parameter below? Thanks.

Hello,

The Fulls Scale Error is the gain error in this datasheet. There has been vocabulary evolution through out the years, and when this devices was released, the datasheet used a different terminology.

The Glossary of ADC on page sixteen, it shows the gain error also referred to as Full Scale Error. this also describes what it is and how to measure it.

There is quite a bit on collateral that covers this.

Overall, there is a document, Understanding ADCs that covers many topics at a high level.

There is also Precision Labs which is a video lecture that goes into subjects much deeper, and covers multiple devices.

For gain error, i would suggest the following video: AC & DC Specifications – Offset Error, Gain Error, CMRR, PSRR, SNR, and THD
