ADS52J90: Vref specifications

Hello,
The datasheet does not state anything about the internal Vref. We would like to know the noise figure and thermal stability of the Vref. Or are those figures incorporated in other values?
Could you help us on this?

Michel,

Thanks for using the TI ADC! The internal VREF is a proprietary design to maintain its stability across the temperature specified in the datasheet -40C to 85C. its noise performance won't affect ADC's SNR across the temperature as well.

when you use the internal reference, it is easy and you don't need to worry much.
