Hello,
DAC39J84 has five test pins, AMUX0, AMUX1, ATEST, IFOUCE and VSENSE.
But datasheet specifies the usage of the test pins for only ATEST.
Other four test pin usages were only for debugging and test purposes under device development and they are not disclosed in public?
If not, could you provide the usages for those test pins, please?
My customer is interested in those test pins.
