is there any error in datasheet of ads1230?

in ads 1230 weighing scale application for gain of 128 the noise free counts given are 95000.Is there any error? I think it must be 190117 approx

for gain of 64 counts may be 95000.Is This Correct.I am facing this problem for weighing scale deisgned using sample sent by TI.

    The effective number of bits used for the calculation is based on full-scale range, so the full-scale range of the analog input should also be used.  In other words, the 24-bit resolution of the converter's result is binary two's complement. 

    So if you look at only the positive results, this is actually 23 bits.  If you then look at the results this way, the formula would then be 2^(17.5-1+1)(10mV/19mV) and equals 95,058, which is the same result.
