I just bought a tsw1405 and ADS5281EVM , and I follow the instructions in the document TSW140x High Speed Data Capture/Pattern Generator Card.
However, the device does not work, as shown in the picture.
I apply a 40MHz 1.5Vpp sin clock and a 5.1M Hz signal. The DC power is connected to 5V . The internal DC 3.3V is also fine .
In the HSDC GUI, the mode is set to single tone, with adc output rate to 40M ,and target frequency is 5.1M, expect for the data record is 8192 due to the limitation of TSW1405. The expected spectrum does not appear. Could you please help me make it ? Give me some advice.
