DAC38J84: maximum input data rate

Hello,

 

DAC38J84 Datasheet says maximum input data rate is 1.23MSPS.

DAC39J84 Datasheet says maximum input data rate is 1.25MSPS.

Why they are different by 0.02MSPS, though JESD lane number and speed are the same?

    Hi Hirano-san,

    This has to do with export control. The DAC39j84 at the time of release is geared towards catalog market customers with stricter export control. Therefore, there is no limit on the maximum data rate. To meet export control for WI customers in certain region, we have to limit the data rate.
