ADS8588S: pin/software compatible smaller input range +/- 1Volt

I am currently using this part, and it works well, I currently use the +/-5 input and it is required, but then I need to also get more accurate and change it to +/-1 because my input changes due to external factors(proper)

is there another chip that can do what this chip does but adds +/-1 range along with +/-5, i don't need +/-10...

Or do you have a complete package solution for adding a amplifier for similar sensors that this chip allows but will allow smaller input signals like +/-100mV range?

    Hi Josh,

    The ADCs that are pin/compatible with ADS8588S have same structure and only support +/-5V and +/-10V. We do have non-simultaneous-sampling ADC to support from +/-5V to +/-0.64V(ADS8688A), Delta-Sigma ADC with PGA is another option. I have a couple of questions which will be helpful to find a best ADC for you:

    1. Do you really need simultaneous-sampling?
    2. How many channels do you need? 8-ch?
    3. What's sampling rate or data rate you need per channel?
    4. Any other features you need? for example, resolution and internal voltage reference etc.
