Part Number: DAC80501EVM
Hello guys,
One of my customers is trying to evaluate DAC80501 using DAC80501 EVM with USB2ANY.

At this moment, the EVM control software on their PC is not operated with Labview error.
They installed the EVM control software and ICON like figure5 on page 8, 3.2.1 Starting the software in EVM manual.
Afther they clicked the ICON, the error massage like "LabVIEW run time engine was not found"
(original massage is Japanese) was poped up and a message like "do you want to down load labVIEW run time engine?" was shown.
They clicked "Yes" and the run time engine was installed. But the error message "LabVIEW run time engine was not found" was shown again after the EVM control software was restarted.
Do you have any idea to to solve this problem?
They tried the EVM software installing on another PC, but the result was same, the software was not operated.
They confirmed LabVIEW software have been installed.
Their operation system is Windows 10, Versin 1903 (OS build 18362.720).
Could you give me your advice?
