Hi,

I have a question regarding the footprint of the component:

What is the minimum pad width allowed for this package?

I saw a general document which recommends 0.4mm NSMD,

I would like to use 0.35mm NSMD, is this ok?

Hello Efi,

I believe you are referring to the below documentation for the land pattern recommendation.

This guideline is recommended for all the NFBGA packages from TI including ADS52J90.

That being said, for BGA with <1mm pitch, we have used pad sizes like 0.35mm and have not faced any issues.

But you may want to check with your PCB manufacturer for their capabilities.
