OUTPUT DATA RATE is written on the datasheet as below.

Is this rate the same with the rate that the DRDY pin is asserted as below?

    You are correct, the /DRDY falling edge indicates when the ADC conversion is completed. If you take 1/(Data Rate), you get the data period. That would be the exact time between the /DRDY falling edge to the next /DRDY falling edge.
