I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question on the ADS1298. Could you please explain what it is that you are trying to do?
I want to use the oscilloscope for capturing ECG signal from the ADS1298 and How to use the probe from oscilloscope capture to the ADS1298 pin.

Unfortunately, there is no pin on the ADS1298 that you could use to simply monitor the ECG signal directly with an oscilloscope. Without going through the A2D part, the closest you could get is to monitor the input pins (differentially) to view the individual leads. Without the MCU part, you won't be able to see the complete ECG waveform which is a composite of the differential voltages between Lead I, Lead II and Lead III. Take a look at this block diagram and review some of the app notes, it might give you some ideas on different ways to accomplish what it is you are trying to do:
