AFE4404EVM: Placement of diodes between sensor and AFE

Hello,

If the AFE is placed on the same PCB as that of sensor and instead there is a cable between AFE & MCU, then can I avoid placing the BAV99W diodes between sensor & AFE?

Hello Raghuveer,

If you do not expect higher voltages on the sensor and AFE interface, then the clamp diodes to supply and ground might not be necessary.
