  when Vref=1.0v, input swing=2Vp-p,

  but  at p20 seqution "signal inputs" differential input Figure35,

    Vcm+Vref/2 and Vcm-Vref/2 , so Vref=1.0V,input swing renge is 1.5V-0.5V?

    Yes, if VCM = 1VDC and VREF = 1VDC, then the analog inputs (VIN+ and VIN-, 180 degrees out of phase) will swing from 1.5V to 0.5V (1 Vpp). When both of the inputs are subtracted in the ADC, then the effective signal swing is 2 Vpp.
