ADS1298: lead off detection probelms

hi,

we are performing the validation tests on a new ECG design based on ADS1298.

Everything works fine, except the lead off detection:

when we remove RL, the RL lead off indication is not correct (it shows connected and disconnected intermittently, while it should always indicate disconnected.

Any clue what might be the cause?
