AFE4400: 8Mhz clock start-up slow and SPI can't read

AFE4490: AFE does not operation, the crystal 8Mhz don't work.

Hi All. 

I have an aplication with AFE4490, I designed board for this IC along with the reference that proviced on datasheet, but I can't comunication between host device and AFE through SPI protocol.

I have measure clock pulse in crystal but not get any thing. I don't know why. 

Has anyone encountered such a problem yet ?.
