Hello,

At table 62 in the datasheet, from STEP#3 to STEP#11, the SYSREF has to be continuous?

In other words, if customers use finite number of pulse SYSREF, for example 4 pulse SYSREF, all STEP#4 to STEP#10 have to be done within the 4 pulse SYSREF period?

If so, finite number of pulse SYSREF is not practical and customer should enable continuous SYSREF at STEP#3 and disable it at STEP#11?

Hirano-san,

The SPI internal logic needs a SYSREF pulse to get initialized. Without this, the SPI interface would not work. Two pulses should be plenty to accomplish this. SYSREF would no longer be needed for the rest of the steps.

Let me confirm your answer.

Do you mean just 2 pulse SYSREF at STEP#3 is good enough, no SYSREF is required from STEP#4 to STEP#10 and STEP#11 is not required?

Design team verified two pulses are all that is needed in the beginning. They are not required for Steps 4 - 11.
