ADS7953-Q1: Operation in ambient temperatures above 125°C

Hi,

in our application we might need to exceed the maximum recommended operating temperature of ADS7953-Q1 (125°C), but stay below the maximum junction temperature (150°C). Can you provide any information how it'll affect the function of the ADC?

    Hello,

    we cannot state how the device will operate, behavior outside the operating specifications. Exposure to extreme temperature, in particular for extended periods of times can result in permanent damage of the device.

    We recommend not operating the device outside the operating specifications
