AFE4403EVM: GUI error

My customer is attempting to run the GUI and the following error is presented.  They followed the instructions in the manual.

Is there a fix for this?

    Hi Gregory,

    The GUI requires Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 or above on the machine. Can you please check if .NET framework v3.5 or above is present in your machine by

    1. Start >> Add/remove Programs >> Search for “.Net “ >> you must multiple .net framework packages installed in your machine

    2. If not present, can you please enable .Net framework by following this article. This link will land you in the section “Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel”. Please follow the guidelines here.

    3. After enabling .NET Framework try relaunching the GUI.

    If the above suggestions do not help, please help us with the below information

    1. Screenshot of the AFE4403 EVM GUI with the error upon launching.
    2. When are you observing this error. Please let us know the user flow.
    3. Screenshot of the National Instruments software uninstallation wizard. (Start >> Add/remove programs >> search for ‘National Instruments ‘ >> Click Uninstall >> Again click ‘uninstall’ on the popup to view the NI software uninstallation wizard).
