Hi,

Does the SRC_DONE bit in the SYSREF Calibration Status Register mean that the calibration was successful?
If this bit simply means the end of calibration, is there a way to confirm success?

Yes your assumption is correct SRC_DONE bit is only set(set to '1') if the calibration was successful.
