My customer wants to use TLV5618AMJG in his project.

They have a policy requirement that the part has not been changed in the past 5 years.

Could you please confirm that no manufacturing process, or other changes have been made to the part?

Hi Needhu,

All changes to a device are logged in our change management systems (MIT/). Significant changes result in a PCN (produce change notice) that notify customer of the change. I recommend you go to MIT/ and review the changes yourself to best approach this with the customer.
