Hello,
I have designed that the IDAC1 of the ADS124S08 is connected to the AIN0.
Can I use the AIN0 to measure analog signal?
Can the AIN0 measure input signal when it connected to the IDAC?

Hi Remony,
I would highly recommend not using this method. Follow your current path. Any resistance in the path will add error to the measurement. You should have an antialiasing filter at your analog input. The current will create a voltage drop across the input filter resistor. Any drift of the resistor will add additional error. Also any resistance in the sensor path will also be added to the measurement.
Is there a specific reason why you would want to do this? If you are running out of analog pins, I would recommend using an external mux to steer the currents to the desired sensor(s).
Best regards,
