TSC2007: TSC2007EVM - Chip marking

Part Number: TSC2007

TSC2007EVM – Chip marking

Hi Team,

I confirmed the chip marking on EVM, the marking is “TSC2007IZZZ”.

However, I can’t find the parts number of “TSC2007IZZZ” in the datasheet.

I guess that this marking is special for EVM but spec is same as a data sheet.

Is my understanding correct?

Hello Hide!

I'll look into the TSC2007 marking a little bit for you but there were no 'special chips' made only for the EVM.

Hi Tom-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply and I sincerely apologize for having caused any confusion.

I can find "TSC2007IZZZ" in the TSC2007EVM and TSC2007EVM-PDK User's Guide.

I guess that spec of this marking is same as TSC2007IYZGR.

Is my understanding correct?

Ah - OK, now I understand. That is just a typo in the BOM, the device on the EVM uses the YZG package.
